Antisocial Behaviour is a situation where some citizens start becoming engaged in vandalism and other petty street crimes, raising the Crime rate, upsetting the Conservatives, and (in Democracy 3) lowering liberalism.
The main cause of antisocial behaviour is a Police Force that's too small, thinly spread, and underfunded to combat it, but (in Democracy 3) high Alcohol Consumption can also cause it. Raising the police's funding can help put a stop to the behaviour, as can installing CCTV Cameras and engaging in Community Policing.
