Ethnic Minority

Ethnic Minorities are a voter group in Democracy 3.

The ethnic minority group consists of everyone who is not part of the majority ethnic group of a country. They may be (or be born to) immigrants.

IN DEMOCRACY 4, In some countries the minority is black, in others white, in others the original native inhabitants. Ethnic minorities are obviously concerned by racism in society, and will also be concerned by immigration policy that could be seen as discriminatory. They may also have strong views on foreign relations, given relatives overseas.

Issues[]

Ethnic minorities are sensitive to race relations. They favor high amounts of Foreign Aid and the passing of a Race Discrimination Act while opposing strict Border Controls and the use of Citizenship Tests.
