Health is a measurement of the level of health, fitness, and safety an average citizen of a nation has. It replaces Lifespan from Democracy 2.
A high health rating increases the number of retirees and the immigration rate. Health ratings also impact productivity, with low ratings reducing it and high ratings increasing it.
A nation's health rating is increased by Food Stamps, a Food Standards Agency, Free Eye Tests, Free School Meals, Health Food Subsidies, a Junk Food Tax, Organ Donation, an Organic Farming Subsidy, Private Healthcare, Speed Cameras, a State Health Service, Stem Cell Research, a Winter Fuel Subsidy, or a Work Safety Law.
A nation's health rating is decreased by Agriculture Subsidies, high Alcohol Consumption, high Legal Drug Consumption, high Tobacco Use, and a long Working Week.
