A nation's Labour Laws are an uncancellable Policy that involve restrictions on working conditions, strikes, union formation, and anything else regarding the relationship between employers and their employees.
Labour Laws can be balanced, but they can also be curtailed to favor employers or strengthened to favor employees. Capitalists approve of lower Labour Laws, which lengthens the Working Week and improves Productivity, but both Socialists and Trade Unionists want stronger laws, which has the opposite effect on both values.
